Respected and consulted locally, nationally and internationally for his vast knowledge of sport rehabilitation, Clyde has worked with the Vancouver Canucks, the Grizzlies and numerous Olympic and Pan American teams. Clyde’s knowledge and skill in physiotherapy is very well-known in the profession and he has worked with many athletes and teams such as: Summer Olympics (1967, 1984 (Chief Therapist) 1992), Pan Am Games (1975, 1983,1995), World Student Games (1973), Vancouver Grizzlies NBA (1995-2001), Vancouver Canucks NHL (1980-1985), Canadian Wrestling Team (1985-1989), Canadian Men’s National Field Hockey Team (1981-1985) and the Canadian National Swim Team (1977-1980). In 2021, Clyde was selected as a winner of the Canadian Physiotherapy Associations Centenary Medals of Distinction Award in recognition as a leader, role model, and innovator who made an impact on the Physiotherapy profession between 1920 to 2020.
